Safety & Sustainability

Formaldehyde Emissions

All UltraStock MDF panels are recognized by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) as no added formaldehyde (NAF) products by Executive Order N-15-021a.

MR10 Designation

Based on ANSI A208.2-2016 section 3.6, the moisture-resistance test criteria necessary to obtain an MR10 board designation are:
  • Product samples must demonstrate the 24-hour thickness swell test value of 5.5% or less
