ToughRock® Fireguard X™ Mold-Guard™ MAX-Impact™ Gypsum Board is designed for wall assemblies in high-traffic areas where extreme levels of penetration and/or surface indentation, and damage from hard objects are clear and present dangers. This includes such high-traffic sites as court detention facilities, government and military installations, airports, hospital corridors and gymnasiums. It also offers enhanced protection against mold and moisture exposure that can cause deterioration and/or stains. Tested per ASTM C1629 for surface abrasion, surface indentation, and soft- and hard-body impact, ToughRock Fireguard X Mold-Guard MAX-Impact Gypsum Board is specially formulated to offer greater resistance to extreme levels of penetration and/or surface indentation, and damage from hard objects.
