Nestled in the serene, wooded area of Ellijay, Georgia, The Perch is a collection of luxury treehouses crafted by Emmy Award-winning host, designer, and executive producer Chip Wade.

Guests can choose from three uniquely designed rentals—The Jake, The Jenny, and The Tom—each offering its own distinctive charm and aesthetic to create unforgettable stays.

For this project, Georgia-Pacific donated DensShield® Tile Backer, ToughRock® Mold-Guard™ gypsum board, and ToughRock® Lite-Weight gypsum board.

DensShield® Tile Backer, with its built-in moisture barrier, was utilized for shower walls and tub surrounds helping to ensure peace of mind against water damage. ToughRock® Mold-Guard™ gypsum board was applied to bathroom walls to help combat mold and mildew caused by constant exposure to moisture,
while ToughRock® Lite-Weight gypsum board was used in living spaces like hallways and living rooms to provide strength without added weight.
